The white-sand beaches of Quy Nhon

Quy Nhon boasts plenty of beach spots lying at the foot of rocky cliffs. However, some of the more popular beaches like Ky Co and Eo Gio can get quite crowded and, as a result, discarded litter can sometimes spoil the view. Instead, we recommend sticking to the secluded beaches accessed by Quy Nhon’s more tranquil resorts, such as Bai San Ho on the outskirts of the city.

Set within expansive nature-preserved grounds, Bai San Ho faces out onto a long stretch of immaculate powder-sand beach to one side — with private direct access from some of the hotel’s villas — and tangled emerald vegetation to the other. It’s situated about 45 minutes from the city, giving you further peace as you gaze out onto the quiet coral bay.

Best time to visit Quy Nhon

The best time to visit Quy Nhon is from February to April, when it tends to be driest. Temperatures climb from around 28°C (82°F) in February to around 31°C (88°F) in April. September and October are also quieter months, if you’re willing to risk a few rain showers during your stay.
