Dwyka Tented Lodge

Dwyka Tented Lodge nestles into a natural amphitheatre with towering cliffs rising around most of the circumference of the lodge. Baboons make the cliffs their home, whilst African black eagles soar on the thermals generated, so you're constantly aware of the presence of wildlife.

The tents themselves are luxuriously appointed in muted tones that complement the Karoo scenery. Your private deck overlooks the dry riverbed running along the base of the cliffs, and boasts a dip pool and outside shower. Meals are taken up at the main lodge, where you'll also find a bar arrayed with homely sofas and reading material. Sometimes you may eat in the outside boma, and there is also the chance to enjoy a spa treatment whilst at the lodge.
