Opened in 2024, the One&Only Aesthesis is nestled on the coastline in the Athens Riviera, just a short drive from central Athens. The main building of the hotel is designed in an open-air environment that makes the most of its location overlooking the sea.
The majority of the guest rooms are located in bungalows that are spread out over the grounds and can be reached by golf carts. The design is mid-century, with clean lines and handcrafted furnishings throughout giving it a distinctive Greek feel.
Most rooms have their own private garden and pool area allowing complete privacy and a home from home feeling. In addition to the two restaurants in the property there is an extensive spa, large outdoor pool, a large kids club and a beach club with cabanas and daybeds.
One&Only Aesthesis is one of the best properties we’ve found in the Athens area. The elegant design, beachfront location and excellent food options ensure a wonderful stay while in Athens, or to end your time in Greece before a return flight.

Rooms
One of the best features of the One&Only Aesthesis is the space and privacy of the guest rooms. Each room is designed to make the most of the space and uses neutral tones and minimal furnishings. Some rooms are located in the main building, but the majority are dotted in little bungalows, residences and villas that follow the coastline. There are one- and two-bedroom villas available for larger parties and they have their own chef’s kitchen.
Location
Located right on the beach in Glyfada, the One&Only Aesthesis is within walking distance of local restaurants and beach bars. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from both central Athens and the airport, and 35 minutes from Piraeus Port.
Food and drink
- Breakfast is served daily in Ora by Ettore Botrini, which is also open for lunch and dinner.
- Manko is open for dinner and offers a Peruvian and Mediterranean fusion.
